我挺爱吃加了酱的东西,比如炸酱面。这次就用它来做了这道【酱排骨】,味道相当惊艳啊!
原料
排骨 一斤, 陈皮 一片, 黄糖 一块, 香叶 一片, 八角 一颗, 桂皮 一片, 草果 一颗, 葱, 姜, 干辣椒, 盐, 料酒, 老抽, 甜面酱 小半碗, 味精
步骤
1排骨洗干净,甜面酱一小碗、各种配料准备好

2倒入适量食用油,烧热后,葱段姜片、干辣椒丢进去

3用小火,先炒出香味

6烹入料酒

7将所有的配料放进去

8调入一勺盐

13将干菇丝洗净根部泥沙,提前泡10——20分钟后,倒入排骨中

14先大火,烧开后转中小火,盖上锅盖,焖煮20分钟

15将甜面酱放进去

16继续中小火,加盖,炖煮10多分钟至汤汁减少就可以了。也可开盖再烧几分钟,把汤汁收干,待排骨软烂。(我家喜欢留些汤汁拌饭吃,也喜欢排骨吃起来更有嚼头,所以特意留了点肉汁)

17一点味精,炒匀,就可以出锅了
