小技巧
1、山药不要切的太大块我觉得 2、趁著山药刚蒸好,热乎乎表面滑滑的,裹生粉容易 3、炸的时候不要太过了,表面脆脆的就好,不要焦黄,最好还是要白白的 4、撒点葱花,好看也更香哈~ 5、拌炒要快,不要时间很长的。
