我在菜场上一个摊位上看到的荠菜,脏兮兮的,有许多黄叶,很不起眼,可这才是野生的荠菜的本来面目,难得的是摊主连洗都未洗,所以看上去还有点干。回家以后洗了很长时间,择去黄叶、老根,洗去泥,吃到嘴里真是香,最后我连香油也没放。
原料
荠菜, 内酯豆腐, 肉丝, 料酒, 盐, 胡椒粉, 糖, 味精, 生粉
步骤
1肉丝洗净,加盐、胡椒粉、味精、料酒,少许糖、生粉上浆15分钟

2荠菜择去黄叶,洗净,去根,切成末

4坐锅热油,放肉丝煸炒
