螃蟹(我买的梭子蟹), 生粉, 面包糠, 葱, 蒜瓣, 老姜, 豆豉, 干辣椒, 生抽, 料酒, 盐, 白糖, 白酒
步骤
1蒜瓣剥好剁成蒜蓉、葱白葱绿分开切成葱花、姜切末

23转大火拌炒入味即可。炒的时候尽量不要用铲子啥的。基本上可以掂几下锅子即可,螃蟹壳比较硬,如果去翻炒的话容易划伤锅子

小技巧
1、螃蟹不要剁的太小块哈 2、蒜蓉的量稍稍可以多一些,跟豆豉啥的提前用油浸泡下 3、炒蒜蓉跟面包糠的时候注意不要炒焦了哈 4、放螃蟹炒的时候生抽一点点就好,增鲜味主要是,多了颜色不好看
