原料
玫瑰大头菜, 青红椒(偶用的是很辣的细细小小的青红椒), 猪里嵴肉, 香菇, 料酒, 干淀粉, 老抽, 盐, 鸡精, 五香粉
步骤
1将香菇用温水浸泡1小时后洗净,去蒂切成小粒

2将猪里脊肉切很小的粒成肉馅,然后肉馅中调入料酒和干淀粉搅拌均匀,腌制10分钟。大头菜切成小粒。青红椒去蒂去籽后切成小粒

3锅烧热倒入油,待油7成热时,倒入肉馅,加少许五香粉,用铲子压散后不停翻炒3分钟

4将肉馅的水分充分煸出,调入老抽炒匀后盛出备用。(瓜说的没错,这时确实有些沾锅锅,将锅内清洗干净)

5烧热洗净的锅,倒入油待7成热时

6倒入大头菜粒和香菇粒煸炒2分钟
