1、牛肉焯水冲干净浮沫要 2、牛肉煮的时候,放一点点生抽,增加鲜味,但是不是红烧哈,一点点就好 3、加点白胡椒粉,或者辣酱醋。。。随意哈 4、对了,煮牛肉的时候,香料建议减量哈,不然香料味太重。。。你懂的。
