4用厨房纸吸干鱼表面的水分.在鱼身上切几刀.容易入味

7锅内入油热油放入鱼两面煎至金黄

8再坐锅点火.倒油放入煎好的鱼.加入葱.姜.青红椒啤酒.酱油.盐.大火煮开蒸发酒气后闷5分钟

13汤煮剩3分之一锅!淋入香油撒点香菜出锅.因鱼太大没有合适的盘子所以直接用锅吃了^_^

小技巧
煎鱼时不要随便翻动.煎两面共翻一次以免鱼碎掉.加入啤酒后煮至滚开几分钟后再加锅盖让酒精蒸发一下.啤酒鱼一般都是用淡水鱼做.本人买不到淡水鱼所以就用海鱼做的.不过味道还是不错地^_^
