简介
四川菜的“鱼香”,并不是来自“鱼”,而是糖、 醋、酱油、豆瓣酱等等调味品调制而成,具有咸、酸、甜的味道;而粤菜的“鱼香”确实是来自鱼,不过是“咸鱼”罢了。川式的鱼香土豆,不只颜色诱人,味道也是一流的,还特别下饭。
原料
土豆 500克, 辣椒 300克, 芹菜 300克, 花生米 300克, 蒜 20克, 葱 20克, 生抽, 白糖, 胡椒粉, 鸡粉, 豆瓣酱, 醋, 料酒
步骤
1土豆洗干净去皮
