原料
1只鸡, 5-6棵小白菜(约200克), 5-6只冬菇, 30克姜, 30克葱, 500毫升鸡汤, 2汤匙麻油, 汤底材料, 当归2钱 (7克), 熟地3钱 (10克), 川芎2钱 (7克), 白芍3钱 (10克), 党参3钱 (10克), 黄耆3钱 (10克), 5粒红枣, 2片姜
步骤
1把姜切成片,葱切成段

2把鸡洗净,并切成件

6中火烧热平底锅,落麻油
