原料
南瓜泥300克, 牛奶100克(或者改为90克水), 高筋面粉(或者普通面粉)240克, 发酵粉3克, 白糖30克
步骤
1 南瓜去籽后切成小块,上蒸锅蒸15分钟或者微波炉大火加热10分钟;

2 蒸好后给南瓜去皮,把南瓜捣成泥晾凉备用;

3 往南瓜泥里加入白糖搅拌均匀;

4 牛奶用微波炉温热后加入发酵粉搅拌均匀;
