沼虾, 大蒜, 耗油, 生姜, 老抽, 生抽, 白糖, 料酒
步骤
1 大蒜放入开水浸泡3分钟;三分钟后拿出,用刀把大蒜根部切除;这样可以非常轻松地把大蒜的外衣剥去;

2 用刀背把大蒜拍扁;

3 把生姜切片;

4 把生姜片和大蒜放入陶瓷锅底;

5 清洗沼虾,剪去触须和脚;

6 用牙签剔除里面的泥肠

7 把沼虾放在铺了大蒜和生姜的陶瓷锅里;

8 准备一个小碗,加入两勺耗油;加入两勺老抽;加入一勺生抽;加入两勺料酒;加入小半勺白糖;把调好的汁倒入瓷锅;

9 加入一勺橄榄油,大火烧开后改中火加盖焖3分钟后再淋上一勺橄榄油,撒上葱,看到汤汁收的差不多就关火,如果锅底还有汤汁,可以开大火让其加快收汁,那样就可以出锅了。
