步骤
1牛腩切稍大的块;(这次买的牛腩是牛筋多点的,厚片状的,煮出来的口感很好)

2冷水中放入牛腩煮开,撇去浮末;(不宜忽冷忽热,因此这步要冷水下锅)

3姜片、八角、洋葱块先用热油爆香;

4倒入牛腩翻炒;

5调入生抽、料酒、番茄沙司,翻炒均匀;

6倒入开水;(不需要倒太多会冲淡味道,差不多与原料持平即可,记得是开水)

7连肉带汁一起转到砂锅里,焖煮一个小时;

8这时番茄去皮切块,土豆削皮切块备用;
