豆腐: 500克, 虾肉: 200克, 裹炸粉: 200克, 姜粉: 2克, 盐: 4克, 五香粉: 1克, 香葱: 20克
步骤
1准备食材:南极磷虾肉、豆腐、裹炸粉、香葱等;

2南极磷虾肉室温内解冻;

7热锅,倒入适量的花生油,放入丸子;PS:可以分几次炸

1.豆腐不同,含水分不同,裹炸粉的用量略有不同; 2.以上配料,能做三四十个丸子,锅小的分几次炸; 3.丸子不要做太大,小个容易熟;
