步骤
1低粉过筛。分开蛋白和蛋黄。蛋白装入无油无水的干净盆里;蛋黄装入另一盆,玉米油和酸奶一起加入蛋黄盆里
2蛋白用电动打蛋器打至粗泡,再加糖继续打发成干性发泡的蛋白霜(抬起打蛋头可拉起2-3CM长挺立不弯曲的尖角)

3烤箱150度预热。电动打蛋器转入蛋黄盆里,低速搅打,均匀细腻即可
