4葱姜蒜沫,桂皮,香叶,花椒,八角下油锅炒香,然后放入所有的辣椒,再下熟芝麻和孜然粉,小火炒

5辣椒变色后,倒入水,然后加生抽,老抽,料酒,白糖,盐,调味儿(甜口的白糖要多加,盐一点就可以)

6水沸后加入不爱熟的腐竹,小火慢炖,大概10-15分钟后加入干豆皮,再继续煮大概5-10分钟
