1萝卜底部切成蛋挞模具一样形状

2锡纸剪裁正方形,如图所示。

3萝卜包上保鲜膜,锡纸取中间点放在萝卜上压一下,放入蛋挞模具,用手吧多余的锡纸捏压成边。取出萝卜用拇指按压一下内侧。成型

4准备好所需材料,开始做壳吧。

5模具放入锡纸壳倒扣在蛋挞皮上,如图所示

6用拇指把面皮温柔的按压到模具里,不温柔的会破皮的,我的蛋挞皮20~21克左右

10捏好边取出萝卜就是这样子滴

11做好后十个一组放好入冷藏(这里不怕粘一起,因为每做一个萝卜都沾粉的)随吃随拿。做好就要烤的,要冷藏20~30分钟在烤制哈,为了酥脆。
