猪皮: 500g, 水(4斤左右): 2000g

1准备好材料

2锅加水烧开把肉皮用水焯一下

4 用刀把肉皮内侧油质刮净、 也就是说两面都须要刮净

5 切成丝、放入锅内加水烧开 不加佐料

6 烧开后把上面的浮沫去除 改小火、慢慢煮

7 煮大约一个小时左右、把肉皮 里的胶质熬出来

8 煮好后倒入另外一个干净的盆里 等待凝固

小技巧
随便煮随便做,如果做老了,需从新回锅加水煮,如果做嫩了也需回锅从新再煮一会儿、自己感觉口感合适就成功了。
