酥皮: (可以多做点,切好放冷冻,下次直接用), 黄油: 40克, 糖粉: 30克, 低筋面粉: 50克, 泡芙: , 水: 120克, 黄油: 50克, 低粉: 75克, 鸡蛋: 3个(单个55克左右)
步骤
1黄油软化(不用很软,手可以按的动就行)加入过筛糖粉,低粉。手捏成团

2揉成圆柱形装保鲜袋放冷冻室,然后接下来泡芙部分

3先准备好材料,低粉过筛

4烤箱预热200度(一般预热烤箱时温度比等会工作温度高些,因为等会放入烤盘开烤箱门,温度会散)黄油加水放入锅中

5至黄油化,小火,倒入低粉,搅拌

6没干粉后继续翻炒十秒后,放入搅拌盆

13(这次泡芙烤出来比较放浪不羁)放进烤箱调至180度,25分钟左右(每个烤箱不同哦,⚠注意中间不要开烤箱门,会瘪掉的?)烤好可以再闷几分钟取出,晾凉后底下戳个洞,灌入奶油
