原料
软化的无盐奶油: 130g, 砂糖: 70g, 室温的全蛋(打散): 1个, 香草精: 少许, 低筋面粉: 180g, 泡打粉: 1/2小匙, 小苏打粉: 1小匙, 牛奶: 130毫升
步骤
1准备好食材, 低筋面粉、泡打粉和小苏打粉混匀并过筛

2将软化的无盐奶油和砂糖用打蛋器拌匀

3分两次加入蛋液(确认看不到蛋液了,再加另一半)和香草精拌匀

4用刮刀将一半粉类和步骤3拌匀(不需过度搅拌,避免出筋)

5将一半的牛奶加入步骤4拌匀,重复上面两步骤,拌匀

6用了可可粉和黑碳粉,调出另两个颜色

7三个颜色分别装入挤花袋内

8在铺有烘焙纸的烤盘上,挤上面糊,而面糊之间要有适当的间距。将手指沾些水,把表面突起的部分整平

9再挤上豹纹的图样, 放入已预热180℃的烤箱中,烤10-12分钟

10内馅用最简单的绵花糖,剪半,放入约180度的烤箱上层,烘烤约3~4分钟至棉花糖表面略烤成金黄色取出

11有多的黑色和咖啡色面糊,我另外撒上了杏仁片(捏碎撒上)
