红糖: 100g, 去核红枣: 70g(这个按你自己喜欢的来), 新良蛋糕粉: 200g, 鸡蛋: 1只, 酵母: 3g, 温水: 100g(泡红糖)

1红枣去核,准备好所有材料,图中还有鸡蛋没拍进

6鸡蛋打蛋机打散 出泡沫

7所有料混合

9我放入了吐司盒,等发酵。冬天发酵太辛苦了,我大概用了三个小时,等到发到两倍大小,差不多入蒸锅了。冷水烧开一直蒸45分钟,关火闷3分钟出锅。
