步骤
1豆腐切块 放入盐水中泡三分钟、这样豆腐会紧实不易碎

2把调料准备好,葱白切葱花爆锅,葱叶备着出锅用

3把肉切碎、(看个人喜好猪肉、牛肉、鸡肉都可以)黑胡椒准备好

4热锅凉油放入花椒麻椒,然后把肉下入锅里翻炒

7把准备好的白开水添入锅内约400ml

8开锅后把豆腐放入锅里,倒入黑胡椒粉、千万不能用铲子翻锅,只能晃动炒锅来防止粘底,小火三分钟,倒入勾芡好的淀粉,晃动几下 ,大伙一分钟收汤
