猪脊肉(净瘦): 适量, 姜: 适量, 葱: 适量, 香菜: 适量, 味极鲜: 适量, 油辣子: 适量, 醋: 适量, 生抽: 适量, 盐: 少许, 糖(也可不加): 少许
步骤
1猪脊肉洗净放水里煮熟,沥干水分备用

2锅里油烧热,放入煮好的瘦肉炸至金黄色

3切成薄片(请忽略我的刀工),切太厚吃起来会有点柴

5加入葱,姜丝,香菜,油辣子(步骤2瘦肉从游锅里捞起来后可以用剩下的有油做油辣子),味极鲜,生抽,酱油,少许盐,少许糖(不喜放糖的可以不放,我就没放),拌匀后装盘
