5自上而下将面粉与猪油蛋液搅拌好,用手和成面团

6面团分成小份,分别搓圆,排在铺了油纸的烤盘里,用手掌轻轻按扁,然后嵌入核桃,再把鸡蛋液扫在小饼的表面

7把做好的小饼放进预热过的烤箱,180度烤15分钟左右,表面金黄即可
