小技巧
一定是后腿肉,不下水洗,摸上肉软软的粘粘的就是新鲜好肉,最好一大早去买肉,并且一定去掉那个淋巴结,每块后腿肉上必定有一个,加冰水,切记!我用的1.2L的绞肉机,容量太小了,分了两次绞,还是大点的绞肉机好用。
