原料
蒜苗: 4根, 莴笋尖: 2根, 芹菜: 3-4根, 背柳儿肉: , 豆瓣酱: 勺, 花椒面儿: 粒
步骤
1芹菜、莴笋尖、蒜苗洗干净,切成段,装盘备用。

2背柳儿肉切片儿(不能顺着肉的纹路切哦!!)

3肉片儿加入 料酒、盐、淀粉、生抽,搅拌均匀、腌入味儿备用

4炒花椒颗粒,然后碾碎备用(也可以直接准备花椒面儿)
5把蔬菜倒入锅中,煸干水分

6小火把豆瓣酱炒出红油,加入高汤中火熬制一下,加入生抽和老抽,把火稍微调大一点放入肉片,煮熟,加入味精

7肉片儿连汤一起倒入之前干扁好的蔬菜碗中
