12然后加干辣椒,八角,花椒,桂皮,生抽,鹌鹑蛋,红枣,炒好的糖色和啤酒,大火烧开后,转小火2个小时

13两个小时后,加入盐和少许的鸡精,开大火收汁,但是不用完全收干。等汤汁收的差不多的时候,即可关火出锅
