中筋面粉: 130g, 黄油: 55g, 肉桂粉: 1.5g, 豆蔻粉: 1g, 泡打粉: 5g, 小苏打: 1.5, 黄糖: 50g, 南瓜泥: 60g, 盐: 1g, Butter Milk: 40g(牛奶40g+2g白醋), 香草精: 1g, 核桃: 25g, 葡萄干: 25g
步骤
1将面粉,黄糖,泡打粉,小苏打搅拌均,➕黄油(切的碎一点,不要融化)用手搓均匀.
