5油皮部分材料混合

6油皮混合物放在面包机,或是手揉,均匀揉至面团光滑后密封松弛20分钟

7油酥部分材料混合均匀后备用

13将卷好后的酥皮再次用擀面杖擀长

14然后卷起,松弛15分钟

15松弛的时候做椰蓉蔓越莓&红豆俩馅儿~红豆我就用的百钻的~椰蓉蔓越莓馅儿

18继续14步的 ---取一份酥皮,用手指中间压下,成为V型,将翘起来的两头挨着,再将面团按扁压平。用擀面杖将酥皮擀成中间厚四面薄的面皮,包入一份馅

19捏紧收口,整成圆形,将收口朝下摆放,排入烤盘,包好的生胚用刷子在表面刷上蛋黄液,放至蛋黄液干

20蛋黄干了~在上面划十字,深度是刚好能触及到馅儿处

21放入烤箱预热185度,中层上下火约30分钟。烤至表面层次盛开,颜色金黄即可
