排骨: 1斤, 莲藕: 2节, 生姜: 4-5片, 盐: 少许, 白胡椒: 少许, 葱花: 可选

1所有材料准备好;

2锅里放冷水浸泡排骨至少1小时倒掉血水;

3重新烧一大锅水,放入排骨煮3-5分钟,撇掉浮沫血水后捞起;

4排骨放入炖锅中加入姜片,倒入清水,水量要一次加足。大火烧开转小火炖1小时;

5莲藕洗净去皮,切成滚刀块。加入炖锅中,继续炖1小时;
