1荞麦冷面一包,鸡脯肉一块,大蒜切末、花椒少许、红辣椒粉适量,干尖椒煎好备用

2将干冷面在凉水中泡一个小时

3鸡脯肉切丝,加入少量盐、生粉和水拌匀备用
