步骤
1炒面放蒸锅内,表面淋透水,避免面条太干,开锅后蒸5分钟,打开锅盖翻面(注意不要蒸汽烫手),再淋一次水,一定要表面淋透,继续蒸5分钟。备用

小技巧
好好的享受吧! 由于炒面有些干,如果想追求湿湿的口感,一是蒸的时候淋水,二是炒的时候在加入炒面之前倒入适量热水,不要加太多,否则就成焖面啦!
