1猪肉剁成肉馅

4先折起底部那片叶子,包起来

5再把另外那张叶子也折起包起来。这样就完成一个菜包成品啦!

6热油爆香蒜头

7把包好的菜包放进锅

8加调料(清水半碗+酱油+盐+鸡精,调制而成)。我这次是直接用腌制腊肉后的料汁,材料更多更香呢!

9盖锅盖煮几分钟,中间要翻面一次,入味才均匀。装盆就开吃啦!(第一次,女儿胃口大开,吃了七个)
