5用刀身把鸡腿肉正反面多拍打几次,松弛鸡肉组织~

6放入奥尔良腌料加入同等量的水,腌料和水的比例1:1

8密封好盖子,放入冰箱冷藏室腌制一晚上~

9烤箱提前预热,把前一晚腌制好的鸡腿肉放到烤网上

10放入烤箱~上下火温度200度,烤20-25分钟

11烤10分钟左右从烤箱拿出来翻面~把腌制盒子里剩余的汁刷到鸡腿上再刷点油放回烤箱继续~等到烤20分钟左右把鸡腿肉刷上蜂蜜

1225分钟后出炉的样子(每个家里烤箱不一样,烧烤时间和温度自己把握适当调整)

小技巧
1.建议鸡腿把骨头剔除~~鸡腿去骨后腌制更好入味~小朋友吃起来也方便 2.一定要把肉组织拍松或拿叉子扎扎~烤好后肉不硬 3.家里没有烤箱也可以做,前面步骤不变~腌制好以后放入不沾平底锅或者电饼铛里放油小火煎即可
