原料
鱿鱼: 一只, 蒜黄: 100g, 红椒: 30g, 葱: 10g, 姜: 5g, 蒜: 2g, 白醋: 5ml, 生抽: 2ml, 盐: 适量, 五香粉: 适量
步骤
1我买的是没有内脏的鱿鱼,如果买回来的鱿鱼有内脏应先去内脏,简单清洗后用白醋水浸泡1分钟(利于去膜)

2撕掉鱿鱼表面的黑膜,把鱿鱼冲洗干净

4然后用刀尖儿在鱿鱼内面,45度斜划鱿鱼,注意不要划透

5交叉方向,用同样方法划

6划好后,用刀横切3刀竖切2刀切透,备用

7锅中烧开水,放入料酒,焯鱿鱼

8鱿鱼卷起来后便捞出,沥干水分

小技巧
1.鱿鱼上的那层黑膜是鱿鱼腥味的关键来源,所以一定要清理的比较干净才好,如果不好撕就撒点细盐在上面,一边揉搓一边撕 2.焯水的时候也可以加些姜去腥哦
