原料
土豆: 1个, 芹菜: 2颗, 廋肉: 80克, 大蒜: 2瓣, 红椒: 1个, 生抽: 适量, 食盐: 适量, 食用油: 适量
步骤
1将土豆去皮以后切丝,用凉水侵泡5分钟后洗2遍。芹菜切段,瘦肉切条,大蒜切碎,红椒切圈;

2凉锅热油之后,放入大蒜炝锅,倒入廋肉翻炒至廋肉变色,盛出待用;

3放入适量食用油,倒入土豆丝翻炒约2分钟。因为芹菜比土豆丝容易熟,所以先炒一会土豆丝;

4倒入芹菜一起翻炒约2分钟,中间加入红椒;

5将廋肉放入,加入适量食盐,继续炒约1分钟;
