2蒜苗芹菜洗尽切小断

3辣椒适量洗尽切小粒

4猪肉切片放少许盐,料酒,胡椒粉腌十分钟左右

5锅倒入少许油,放入腌好的猪肉,快炒至肉质发白,捞起备用

6锅倒放油,可以稍微多点油,放入蒜苗的头部,(叶子及芹菜后面再放),加入木耳。炒至木耳熟。再放入芹菜及蒜苗的叶子,小辣椒和猪肉。

7放调料:盐,鸡精,生抽,和一点老抽调色,翻炒一下,起锅!
