原料
笋干: 适量, 五花肉: 适量, 冰糖: 四颗, 老抽: 2勺, 姜,八角,桂皮: 适量, 料酒: 5勺, 盐: 适量
步骤
1将切好的五花肉冷水入锅,放入姜片,料酒煮至火开,五花肉大概6分熟的样子

2将绰好的五花肉称出放冷水中洗净

3锅内倒入少许油,加入姜片,再加入控干水分的五花肉,小火煎

4小火煎至稍微泛黄(发现姜片要干了所以先取出来)

5加入料酒,冰糖,老抽,生姜,桂皮,八角,开水开大火

6再加入泡制好的笋干(笋干泡久点,泡软,10个小时差不多)大火烧开后小火慢炖40分钟(期间翻两次)

7差不多烧干就出锅啦,出锅前尝下味道,可适当调下味,哈哈
