1我买的是这个黄瓜皮干...原来越南人也爱吃这个..按照自己要吃多少抓多少...用水泡发...

2泡发好的黄瓜皮...泡发好后也要多冲洗几次...

3一勺盐……拌匀....等十分钟让黄瓜皮出水...

4子姜切丝后➕少许盐腌一下

5拌匀盐后的姜丝,放在一边待用

6豆豉少许..我放的比较多..因为爱吃豆豉,如果不爱吃的就放一点就好

7凉锅凉油,油要放多一点...开大火..烧热

8油热了之后放入豆豉,爆香

9放入黄瓜皮..记住黄瓜皮拌入盐之后会出水..放入锅前记得要把水挤干再放入油锅里面,炒香..

10炒呀炒...炒到有点干的程度...或者听到锅里有点bingbang的声音了即可倒入生抽

11老抽上色

12再炒一会..黄瓜皮都上色均匀之后就可以了出锅啦……

13倒入盘中放凉~

14当当当~~重要角色出场啦……老杨辣椒酱...LA各大华人超市均有售卖...各种口味...我还是最喜欢蒜蓉辣椒酱因为最像我妈妈做的剁辣椒的味道

15黄瓜皮凉了之后放入之前腌好的姜丝~拌好

16放入老杨辣椒酱..辣椒酱的量自己掌握啊……能吃辣就多放..不能就少放...

小技巧
1.做这个不需要再放盐或者生抽~因为黄瓜皮已经用盐腌制过了~足够咸. 2. 拌好后装入瓶子中,放入冰箱,以后要吃就拿干净筷子夹一点出来即可……超级棒的下饭菜
