玉米面: 140克, 面粉: 180克, 酵母: 5克, 水: 245克, 鸡蛋: 1个, 燕麦片(我用的即食的): 10克, 红糖: 20克, 红枣: 适量
步骤
1玉米面和面粉混合均匀

2酵母用45克温水搅拌至融化,切勿超过35度(不然酵母会被杀死的)

3红糖用200克温水(不超35°)水搅拌至融化再加一颗鸡蛋搅拌均匀,要快速搅拌(喜甜的可多加糖)

4把糖水和酵母水倒入面粉中,搅拌至无颗粒状

5再加入10克燕麦片,(我用了10克了感觉有点少)

68寸模具刷油倒入面糊放在温暖的地方发酵到八分满

7发酵完成,表面还可以放些红枣

8冷水放入蒸锅,上汽后开始计时,蒸30分钟焖五分钟
