原料
花胶: 2只, 猪肉: 100g, 姜片: 4片(2片飞水,2片炖汤), 红枣: 3颗, 枸杞: 12粒, 黄酒: 1滴(飞水用,辟腥), 盐: 适量, 水: 2碗半
步骤
1因为我是一人用,所以就选了两个花胶,清洗干净花胶后,睡觉前放进凉水中浸泡8-9小时左右,具体应视花胶厚度

2浸泡后,捏一下,软了即可捞起来

3准备辅料,红枣、枸杞、姜片,红枣去核,清洗干净后放入炖盅

4辟腥,把花胶切开,用清水再冲洗一次,然后飞水,把姜片放入烧开的水里,然后熄火,把花胶再放进热水中,再滴一滴黄酒。放在热水里约10分钟捞起。

5过冷河,把花胶从热水中捞起来,放入清水中

6猪肉也最好飞一下水,辟一下重的猪气味道
7把花胶和瘦肉都放进炖盅里

8加入2碗半的水

9炖两个小时左右
