大米: 1000克, 羊排: 500克, 羊肉: 500克, 胡萝卜: 8-10根, 洋葱: 3-4个, 孜然粒: 适量, 葡萄干: 适量, 油: 适量, 盐: 适量, 花椒粒: 适量, 生姜: 4片
步骤
1羊排、羊蝎或羊肉都行,焯去血水、血沫,用温水清洗干净,备用

4热锅起油,炸香花椒后捞出。如果用胡麻油则忽略此步骤

5煸炒洋葱,至软烂金黄,然后放入羊肉、姜片继续煸炒

6煸炒至羊肉变色,放入开水,没过羊肉,水量一次加足,大火烧开后转中小火炖煮

7将大米洗净后用开水泡15-30分钟

8羊肉煮至七成熟,放入胡萝卜,加盐
