冬天都愛吃酸湯肥牛,在一家我很喜歡的館子裡卻有一道「酸湯龍利魚」一直吸引著我的注意。不過因為要價68元,我一次也沒點過(丟人),捉摸著自己按照酸湯肥牛的做法試一試吧。(我是廚房新手……方子應當需要改善)
原料
龍利魚柳 400g, 彩椒 各半顆, 金針菇 300g, 豆芽菜 200g, 黃燈籠辣椒醬 15g, 蒜末 2瓣量
步驟
1龍利魚解凍後用廚房紙巾擦乾水分,切片備用
