原料
蝦仁 150克, 豆腐 500克, 香蔥 3棵, 番茄醬, 白砂糖, 鹽, 澱粉
步驟
1蝦仁開背,豆腐切厚片備用.

2鍋內放少量油,待油熱,放入豆腐煎制.

3將豆腐煎至兩面金黃,盛出,瀝干油份,備用.

4調水澱粉,將蝦仁加入其中,加鹽調味,抓勻.

5鍋內放入少量油,待油熱,放入蝦仁煎制.

7另起一鍋,鍋內放入適量油,倒入適量番茄醬.
