步驟
1紅薯去皮後切成小塊,放入碗里,用蒸鍋或微波爐蒸熟

2蒸熟的紅薯趁熱用勺背按壓成泥狀

4揉成軟硬適中不粘手的粉團

5然後搓成長條,揪成小塊搓成球,做成地瓜糯米小圓子;一次吃不了,可以灑些干糯米粉後裝袋冷凍,隨吃隨取很是方便

6紅豆浸泡一夜,放入適量清水,燒開後轉小火煮大約一小時左右

7煮至紅豆酥軟,加入適量紅糖攪拌至融化

8另取一煮鍋加入清水燒開,下做好的地瓜圓子,等水再開,圓子都浮起來之後,就可以撈出來了
