原料
全麥麵粉 1cup+1/2cup, 橄欖油 1tbsp, 香蕉 2大根(長黑斑的熟透的香蕉), 鹽 1/2tsp, 泡打粉 1tsp, 蔓越莓干 1/2 cup(也可以改為其它您喜歡的果乾,比如櫻桃干,葡萄乾等), 雞蛋 1顆(打散備用)
步驟
1烤箱預熱200攝氏度;烤盤鋪上烘培紙備用
2把全麥麵粉,鹽,泡打粉混合均勻(但凡有泡打粉都一定要混合均勻哦),再加入蔓越莓干混合均勻

3把香蕉壓成泥

4然後加入打散的雞蛋液

7把香蕉雞蛋糊加入麵粉里,攪拌均勻至無乾粉(不要過度攪拌)

8用一個勺子,舀起適量麵糊,依次放在烤盤上,並稍微用勺子整理一下形狀;上述材料可以做大約6個
