2肉末加蔥末,薑末,雞蛋,料酒,生抽,香油,鹽,胡椒粉,糖

3往一個方向攪拌上勁

4麵筋揭開一小塊,把裡面的筋絡攪斷,塞滿肉餡再蓋上蓋,防止露餡

5上熱水鍋蒸10-15分左右。(要把肉圓蒸熟)

6蒸好的肉圓重新入鍋,加料酒,生抽,少許老抽,糖煮開

7大火收汁,(收汁要不斷翻炒,讓湯汁均勻的裹在肉圓上,不用另外加鹽了)
