步驟
1 蛋黃與45g糖混合;

2 打散攪勻;

10 取三分之一蛋白糊加入蛋黃糊中,用上下翻拌的方式拌勻;

11 再將拌好的蛋黃糊倒入到蛋白糊中,繼續翻拌均勻(不可畫圈)成細膩無顆粒的麵糊;

12 模具抹油後預熱一兩分鐘;
