原料
胡蘿蔔半根, 雞蛋兩個, 中筋麵粉60g, 鹽2g, 水30g, 橄欖油少量, 香蔥30g
步驟
1 香蔥切蔥花,胡蘿蔔切細絲,再切短點

2 把雞蛋打成蛋液
