11加入海天黃豆醬和適量,開水這個醬本身偏甜口,不喜歡微甜口可以換別的牌子的醬。

12喜歡醬鮮一點的,加入一勺蚝油

13小火,熬快乾的時候,加入剩下切稍微大一點辣椒,在燒一會,出鍋(這次失誤了,剛開始炒的時候把辣椒一切放進去了,所以醬的顏色不好看了,淚~)
