2蛋白分3次加糖高速打至濕性發泡,放冰箱備用

4分3次加入玉米油,攪拌均勻,打完拿刮刀把底部翻一翻

5加入紅絲絨糖漿(此版本無加紅絲絨),慢慢加入牛奶,用刮刀攪拌均勻

6一次性加入過篩的低粉,翻拌手法拌勻(用刮刀輕輕撥一下把粉粒混合)

7取出蛋白,將三分一的蛋白加入蛋黃糊里,翻拌手法拌勻。再把蛋糊倒回蛋白盆里,翻拌手法拌勻即可。(速度要快,不能打圈)

8烤盤上鋪一層油紙,倒進烤盤裡(先倒中間一條然後再填兩邊),用吻刀抹平

12把奶油(250g左右)平鋪在蛋糕上(邊邊留一點點)
